Payments, Cancellation & Refunds

The Client agrees to pay ORGO Interiors the total fee for products and services rendered. All payments made by the Client are non-refundable, except in cases where no man-hours have been invested in the project (applicable only to the First Stage payment) or where there is demonstrable gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of ORGO Interiors.

Payment shall be made to the bank account specified in the quotation or any subsequent communication, whichever is the latest. Payments made using a credit card via POS machine or an online payment gateway shall attract applicable gateway/platform charges, which are to be borne by the Client. Platform charges, refunds, and chargebacks are not applicable.

The Client acknowledges that the nature of ORGO Interiors' services requires the commitment of resources, time, and professional efforts that cannot be recovered in the event of cancellation. Accordingly, all payments received, whether partial or full, shall be deemed fully earned upon receipt and shall not be refundable except under the conditions stated above.

Goods or services purchased from ORGO Interiors cannot be returned or exchanged.

The amount and details mentioned in the Price Estimate at the time of signing shall remain valid until the Final Quote (if applicable) is signed after design finalisation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Please Note

Project Handover Care and Docket shall be issued only after all payment dues are cleared on time. The Warranty Certificate shall be valid only when the Project Completion document has been dispatched to the customer by ORGO Interiors.
All payments made at each stage are non-refundable and non-redeemable, except for the First Stage payment, and only where no man-hours have been invested in the project, at the sole discretion of ORGO Interiors.
Prices quoted are valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of the proposal/quotation, or until the validity date mentioned in the quotation, whichever is earlier.
